Community Outreach Ministry

Hope for Renewal will develop ministries at the Glenwood Grounds Ministry Center and in the
the neighborhood that will meet the physical and spiritual needs of the community.

-Playground Community Picnic:
The Playground Picnic is held every Wednesday from 5:00 – 7:00p.m. from June – October.
at the Glenwood Ave. Playground. The picnic consists of a free meal, family activities, special
scheduled activities and great fellowship.

-Prayer Walking:
Prayer Walking functions at least once a week for the entire calendar year. The actual day is
decided upon by the availability of participants. Special prayer walking events can be scheduled
upon request of a group or individual.

-Community Meal:
The Community Meal will be a monthly event at the ministry center to be held in the months of
January – May on a Saturday afternoon, 4:00 – 5:30p.m

-Holiday Community Event:
Hope For Renewal will establish a Thanksgiving and Christmas yearly outreach for each of the
two holidays. Both to be held at the Hope For Renewal Ministry Center.
